Delivery

Specific delivery times are unable to be requested.
Business deliveries are made by 5pm.
School deliveries are made by 3.30pm.

Every effort will be made to leave deliveries in a cool, sheltered spot if the recipient is not at the premises. All arrangements come with a water source to ensure freshness for 24 hours.

Delivery instructions should be included to ensure smooth delivery. This includes instructions for apartment complexes and properties with security gates and fences.

Delivery will not be made inside properties with pets inside open gates.

Due to restrictive delivery schedules, unsuccessful delivery attempts cannot be reattempted on the same day. If you provide us with an incorrect address or an incorrect name we cannot accept responsibility for the failed delivery attempt. We will arrange to re-deliver but a re-delivery fee will be incurred. Delivery will be of the original flower arrangement.

Florart Inspired cannot guarantee longevity of flowers after 24 hours.

Where can I deliver?

All across Australia. EXCLUDES Fresh Flowers which are Sydney delivery only.

Order cut-offs

For fresh flower deliveries in Sydney, orders to be placed before 5pm for next day delivery. 

When?

Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm

Saturday: 8am - 5pm

We cannot guarantee delivery times as it’s dependent on number of deliveries and different locations the courier has on the day.

How much does delivery cost?

FLOWERS

Standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

HOMEWARES 

Calculated at checkout.

Can I send orders interstate?

Yes. Excludes fresh flowers.

Can I send orders international?

No.

Can I pick up my order?

No. We are online service only

What if no one is home?

Our courier will leave your order in a safe location if they deem it's safe to do so.  

A safe location is-

• Out of site from passers by
• Protected from the weather
• No pets
• Not a common area

Where possible please provide contact details for the recipient. 

Can I deliver to hospitals and offices?

Yes, although please double check that the recipient's hospital/ward accepts flower arrangements.
